The Speaker waived the Finance Committee referral for the following                                 
at the request of Representative Williams, Co-chair:                                                
                                                                                                    
    SENATE BILL NO. 147                                                                             
    "An Act relating to control of nuisance wild animals; and                                       
    providing for an effective date."                                                               
                                                                                                    
SB 147 was removed from the Finance Committee and referred to the                                   
Rules Committee for placement on the calendar.
